
This role includes broadcaster negotiations, acquisitions, finance, strategic alliances, new business development and strategy, personnel, business affairs and ancillary activity.
Tim has spent over a decade working in the media industry, beginning at the boutique entertainment law firm, Sheridans, in London, where he was a partner specialising in the music business.
From 2004 to 2006, he was director of business and legal affairs and then acting managing director of Celador International, the distribution company best known for the global game show hit Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? When Celador was acquired by 2waytraffic NV, Tim took on a corporate development role for 2waytraffic until it was acquired by Sony in 2008.
Tim then joined Shine Group as Business Development Director before taking on the role of Shine’s Commercial Director, Europe, which he held concurrently with the interim role of Deputy CEO of Shine’s Nordic subsidiary, Metronome Group.
