Paul relocated to Sydney where he oversaw the creation of MasterChef Australia, The Biggest Loser and The Farmer Wants A Wife.
As the Head Of Factual Entertainment at FremantleMedia Australia, Paul was also instrumental to the success of Project Runway Australia, The Gift and Triple Zero Heroes. His crowning achievementwas as the architect of MasterChef Australia, which he developed after observing first-hand the creation of the original show in the UK.
After departing FremantleMedia Australia at the end of 2009, Paul consulted with Shine Media Group in the UK and traveled as an “ambassador” for MasterChef to establish the show in the United States with Gordon Ramsay and to help launch local versions in France, Norway and India. Since Paul joined Shine Australia he has overseen the hit show Junior MasterChef, which returns to screens in 2011.
